talking I unlocked my iPhone and Apple TV received my wi-fi settings.

To Joe or anybody else here who has an Apple TV box. I just bought
one. What's the easiest way to turn on Voice OVer once I connect the
power button after conneccting the HDMI output? From what I have
read, it seems that all one has to do is wait for one minute or so and
Voice Over just starts and prompts the user how to continue with Voice
Over. IF not, then one just holds down the menu button on the top
left of the remote for about four seconds so that the accessibility
menu pops up. Then, press down once for Voice Over and select key to
turn it on. Is that right?
What about entering wifi credentials?
Thanks.
