Hi: I'm now looking to upgrade to Yosimidy. How do I unlink my DB account so my contents won't get erased from DB? After making a bootable backup, formatting drive for upgrade, updating software, etc, how do I actually go about creating the clean install? Do I need to format my internla HD first? How do I restore my mail rules and saved messages? I don't want to use migration assistant. I want a clean Mac. Help? I've read the messages on this list arkive but am still lost.
