Your wrapper needs to have the MS speech SDK installed. In the Winetricks 
dialog, search for "speechsdk" and choose the only result from the DLLs 
category. Install that (You'll need sighted help) and you should have speech. 
There's no way to change the voice right now, but I've asked the game's 
developer if he can add a way for Swamp to allow users to pick the voice. If he 
adds that feature, you could install any Sapi voice you wanted by setting that 
voice's installer as the target .exe file, then change the target back to 
swamp.exe once finished. In theory, you would have installed another voice and 
so could choose that one, again only if Swamp includes the feature in an 
upgrade.
