Hmmm. Very interesting. I cannot duplicate this. When I VO navigate around the iCloud pane, everything reads out normally. If I interact with the Services group, VO-right or VO-left around within this group, everything still reads out normally. Just to the left of the Manage button, in my case, is the amount of iCloud storage I have remaining, read out properly. Interesting indeed.
