The following comes directly from Apple: Apple does not place an expiration
date on Apple Gift Cards. However, there may be rules defined by the laws of
your state that require Apple to terminate your right to use your Apple Gift
Card if you have not used it within a specified number of years. Under those
laws, Apple is required to attempt to contact you before terminating your
right to use your card.With that being said, it would be a good idea to
contact an Apple store in your area or call 1-800-MYApple
