Firefox does indeed exist for the Mac however the accessibility is zero.
Voice-over cannot access menus nor does it even tell you there is a window. I
spoke to a developer from the Firefox accessibility department who told me that
Windows was its main focus in terms of accessibility. Google Chrome is an
option however, under the latest Mac operating system accessibility has
declined significantly.
