Hello Sarai,

To add a Spanish keyboard, go to System Preferences and open the Keyboard tab. 
Select Input sources then click the Add button. Select Spanish in the table of 
languages. You’ll need to just go down until you find it as first letter 
navigation doesn’t work in this table.

Once you’ve added Spanish, make sure that Input sources shows up in the status 
menus. Switch to the Spanish keyboard and use VO-k to learn its layout.
