Hi, I think it's space 3 to go to previous item and space 6 to go to next item.
I usually reconfigure brailliant BI displays up the wazoo for clients because I don't like the default key assignments and one of the things I do is set the thumb keys to work as arrow keys and map all the quick nav functions to the appropriate thumb keys.
