Hi,

Yes, setting up your eMail using the iMap protocol will work best, but, if 
that’s not possible, you can improve things on your POP account.  If you have a 
Mac or Windows machine, go into the Mail settings for the specific account.  In 
the Advanced settings for the account, there should be a checkbox for leaving 
messages on the server or removing messages from the server.  Check this 
accordingly and tell it to remove them after one week or so.  What will happen 
then, is your desktop computer will remove the messages from the Server.  This, 
every message that is more than one week old will be removed from the eMail 
server never to be downloaded to your devices again.  If you’ve already read 
those messages on the desktop Mac or PC, they won’t re-download either.
