Hi, To cycle between timelines, use command-right or command -left. Space takes you to the oldest unread in your current tab, 0 the newest. There are loads of keystrokes you can learn by looking through the menus.
To create new tabs, do command-p. You then go to add, and pick what you want to add. To add somebody’s timeline permanently, pick keyword and enter their username. Put an at sign to just see their tweets, like @davetaylor2112 to just see mine, or you can see their mentions too if you don’t put the at sign. Pick Twitter list to add one of your lists. For the lists, you will be given a list of your own lists, and you pick which one to add to that tab. When you have your lists in tabs, you select them from the table and go to members if you want to add or remove people from the list. You always get the choice of what you want to call the tab, whatever kind of tab you set up, which seems odd when you’re picking a list, but that’s just how it works.
