They say there is a safari extension to make it easier to move around. I use to use menu tab pro for face book. But more recently I use current for face book, they are both in the mac app store. Before I used the single key navigation to move around. H for heading, l for links, and so on. That worked pretty good on the full face book page. to get rid of adds and photos, go to m.facebook.com <http://m.facebook.com/> and it will make it a little easier to use.
