Hi, I found an ESPN radio stream on Radium. you can try doing it that way. Just for ESPN. As for watching TV, I know on the windows side there is a program called U TV (I believe) but not sure if one exists on the mac. I generally stick to netflics and Hulu plus for any extensive television watching and just use my regular television for any life television.
