Yes you already have it.
It is called TextEdit.
1. Go to the finder Window that you want the list of files from.
2. Copy the files by selecting and copying in the normal way.setting 
3. Open TextEdit.
4. Press command N for new document.
5. Press command shift T to set as a text file.
6. Paste in your list of filenames with command v.

That should b job done.
