Hello Brian, To find out whether this is the cause of your problem, turn off wi-fi sync on your iPhone and iPad. This is in Settings/General/iTunes wi-fi sync.
If this fixes the problem, I’ll try to figure out how to stop it when wi-fi sync is enabled.
