Hi, Yes, it is normally a hidden file. You could do a number of things to access it of which I’ll mention two. First, you could go to the Finder, then up to the menubar, over to the Go menu, and with VO keys down, navigate down to the Library folder. Second, you could go to the Finder, press cmd-shift-h to open your Home folder, cmd-j to bring up your View options, then check the box to show the Library folder. In the first case, the Library folder will remain hidden but you will be able to access its contents whereas in the second option, the Library folder will stay visible to you for access any time.
