You could always set your own keystrokes for the sharing options you use a lot. 
I think cmd-i is already email, but you could assign shortcuts to any other 
sharing items. If you need specific instructions, let me know, I think I have a 
guide on it somewhere on AppleVis and I can dig up the link for you.
