You probably have QuickNav on, at least that what it sounds like from the symptoms you are having. Try turning off QuickNav. Then the arrow keys should work normally. I’ve been using Fusion with win7 for at least a year or so and I never turn off VoiceOver. The only time VoiceOver interferes with my VM is when I need to use the vo keys (control + option) as a hotkey for some MS Office functions. Of course, if you have QuickNav turned on, or if you press the VO keys along with some other key combo recognized by VoiceOver, It will grab that key combo, including the arrow keys, away from the VM OS causing all kinds of headaches. So, simply don’t use VO commands in your VM, including QuickNav or any of the commanders and you won’t even notice VoiceOver is still there running on the Mac side. Fortunately, that’s not much of a problem as VO and windows screen readers like JAWS keys don’t really overlap.
