I’m searching a dopiest someone did out there regarding the Uber app for iOS.
I’m having some issues with entering pickup and destination and I know it’s just some sequence I’m getting wrong and maybe this podcast explains it. If anyone else knows what I’m talking about, please chime in. I’m opening the app and wanting to set up a pickup. It shows my address where I am and below that is a “set pickup button. I double tap on it and then go to a screen with just destination buttons and such. I double tap and enter my destination and it ends up in the pickup field when the driver calls me. Also, can you use Uber without a smart phone, setting up a trip from home let’s say, via the web site with your mobile phone listed for calls? My husband doesn’t have, nor does he want a smart phone and I explained that yes, you can probably schedule from the web site but then to get back home from the place, well, I’d have to set that one up through my phone. so convenient and yet ...
