Hi!
As far as the VO settings goes!
Open VO+f8 and then either go to the Menu [VO+m or Control+f2] then arrow 
across to file then down to export settings!
Or just press Command+shift+e, then you will be given options where to save 
them!
Mine I sent to documents and when I opened Documents from finder 
[Command+shift+o]
In there is a VoiceOver Archive VoiceOverUtilityCacheBuilder Document and using 
VO+shift+M under the share sub menu there is an option to Email!
So that might be how you could send them!
Adding a recording of the sound someone else will need to help there!
