Unfortunately you can't prevent this from happening. You have to have an Apple ID that has purchased Yosemite to be able to install it cleanly on the computer. I know, I've done this. But, it won't affect whoever uses the computer next, they won't know anything about your Apple ID it will be able to purchase Yosemite if they needed to.
