Hi again I have had problems with their site before, but if I am looking for a particular thing, I have found that Siri will find the thing and go right the place where it isa on their site. I have done this twice with Siri. However, I have sometimes found it helpful with their site to have a reader look at the picture, especially if it is an item I have familiarity with.
