Try pressing command-a to select all and then VO-j to jump to the format
inspector. From the styles tab of the format inspector you can adjust the font,
style, size, colour and line spacing of the text. This might not work so well
if you have different paragraph styles in your document (e.g. for different
level headings and body etcetera).
Also, in future, remember when pasting text you can use the paste and match
style command to ensure the text you paste adopts the style in use at the
insertion point.

Hey I am working on a document in Mavericks in Pages and I have done some copy
and pasting in it, and want to make sure the font is all the same for the
entire document. I thought the easiest way to do this was a select all and just
go to the font menu, but for some reason I am missing it. Also some of the
document came out double spaced instead of single spaced. I remember seeing a
way to synchronize the spacing of an entire document but cannot seem to find it
now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
