Hi all,
Today, a major (paid) update was released for Audio Hijack Pro, version 3. This
version makes constructing recording flows far easier, among other usability
improvements… At least according to the review I read. I don't own the app, but
I've heard a lot about it. Now that Soundflower isn't working on Yosemite, and
hasn't been updated in a couple years, it might be time for me to look into
Audio Hijack again. Before I plunk down any money, though, I have a few
questions for anyone who uses this app.

First, is this new version accessible? I know it's early days, but maybe
someone tested it, or just got it, or it's been a few days since I sent this
and now you know? It's worrisome to me that the new interface is so visual, and
I wonder if the developers included VoiceOver support.

Second, how does it do with recording VoiceOver? That's the biggest use for me:
recording VoiceOver on the Mac as well as input from a microphone. If it can't
do that, it's not very useful for my situation.

Third, is there a way to record line in on a Macbook Air, while monitoring
somehow? I'd like to record audio from my iPhone, but also speak into a
microphone. Perhaps there's a way to do this with Quicktime's new ability to
record iOS screencasts?

Thank you for any information or ideas you might have.
