thanks for this good bad news. ;-) 

I agree and ask people as well to send their report to Apple. It might be 
helpful if we could all refere to the same case number. I got an answer by 
Apple with the following case number: [
495386] VO and other Volume issues 
If we are aware of each others case numbers we could refere and Apple couldn’t 
say this issue wouldn't exist.
