One other option to consider is the Karabiner software for the mac. it used to
be called keyremap4macbook. I set it up a long time ago and though I have
updated my computer and it’s software many times my caps lock key works in VM
fusion like a insert. and on the mac side I use it as my vo keys.

My podcast on applevis.com is out of date now so hopefully someone
with better skills will do one. I found this worked better for me then sharp
keys and is the only way I know to have the caps lock on the mac act as the vo
keys pressed together.
