Hi guys I just sent [email protected] some information from my computer, at their request, after I crashed VoiceOver with command w followed by command q when I wanted to hang up a call made on my Mac. It worked fine when I went to End or close, but when I made the fatal mistake of pressing command w, it killed VoiceOver dead. Actually, it was on my screen, said my husband, but it wouldn't talk or do the braille display. I had to hold the power key down to restart my computer. This bug has been sent over to someone else now at Apple.
