Numbers will speak the data in the last header row, or last  header column. if 
you have a table with, say, 3 header rows, then the data in row 3 will be used 
as column labels and will be spoken as you arrow right or left across a row. 
the data in rows 1 & 2 will not act as column labels.

similarly with column headers, if you have two header columns, the data in 
column 2 (or B) will serve as labels and will be spoken by VO as you arrow up 
and down through a column.
