Not that I’m aware of. I don’t think its necessary though. Everything works off the playhead and hearing where you are in the sound. Then the insertion point can be routed to the playhead for editing purposes. Similarly, option arrowing left and right moves the insertion point to the next and previous markers if there are any, and the playhead can then be routed there for playback purposes.
BTW: you can move the playhead icon the the first position in the toolbar so you don’t have to hunt around for it.
