Gabriel, did you try using the VO+Command+Shift+spacebar command? you rout the
mouse the the desired item, then perform that command which locks the mouse in
the down position. Now move VO to the place to drop the item - you’ll hear the
dragging sound -, and perform the command again, which unlocks the mouse and
drops the item. That’s how I added and moved things around in the toolbar.

You remove items from the toolbar by dragging them out of the toolbar. Use that
mouse lock and drag command I mentioned. So, route the mouse and lock onto the
unwanted toolbar item, stop interacting with the toolbar, VO right once and
unlock. You’ll hear a soft whooshing sound if it worked.

BTW: those icons you want are all available in the selection window, no need to
add them to the toolbar. Open the selection window from the windows menu, and
then you can switch to it from the main sound window with “control F6”. Command
Grave accent will bring you back to the main window. I keep both the selection
and markers windows open for quick reference to selection and marker
information.
Of course, you won’t be able to use a hotspot for quick reading this way.
