Hi Mike, I had exactly this issue in the last 24 hours. A couple of things to note. If the download is interrupted mid-way, double tapping the download button again will resume from where it left off, not from the beginning. What was happening to me with James though was that the download was pretty much done, but then Voice Dream would pop up with a download failed message and there was nothing I could do to get it to complete, not even with repeated presses of the download button. Finally I got it to work by downloading another voice, which took me a couple of attempts, then coming back to James. That did the trick and this has now worked on two devices. Good luck.
