Night Owl, sometimes called YoruFukurou, is the only accessible client for the 
Mac I know of. It's on the App Store, and is free.

For iOS, you have a couple options. Twitterrific is my personal choice, but the 
native Twitter app works pretty well. Tweet list 4 is around still, but I'm not 
sure if it's still being developed or not. There are a few others, I think, but 
those are the main ones.
