Hello Stacey: I can answer your first two questions here. The first one, go to finder, preferences with command comma, and press the checkbox in the general tab that says " Open folders in tabs instead of new windows. As for dropbox, once you sign in, there should be a get dropbox link, and it should start to download. Good luck.
