Alex, 

I ran into this same problem and after calling apple to ask, I was told I could 
not see my apple purchase history online. Also, the detail shown in iTunes was 
incomplete and not accessible. 

I sent an email request to iTunes store support at the address following my 
signature and specifically asked them to provide my purchase and credit history 
that would tie back to my current credit account balance which I provided. A 
day or two later, I received a very nice email from Support which had a csv 
attachment which I opened in excel and which contained all the history I 
requested.
