Hi again Stacy I know this is going to sound elementary, and you probably have already done it. Have you opened dropbox from the application folder, and then on purpose done command queue? Failing that, have you gone into the menu and done quit? I say this because I had a program once that refused to let me do command queue, and I was only able to quit it by going to the menu and choosing the quit option. I know that sounds weird, but it worked. Gigi
