Oh Yeah, absolutely, I had VoiceOver deployed but something has gone
terribly wrong with my Mac Mini.

Did you press command F5 to start voice over?
When I got my new Macmini late last year, I chose the wrong language and
it took a while to get it to speak English.
When you turn your Mac mini on for the first time, you should should press
command F5 to go through the set up process.

Can anybody offer any suggestions (other than taking my Mac in for
repair). At this point, my plan is to get it in to an "Apple Hospital" to
get well, but if I can avoid that I would certainly would prefer that.
