Go bucket Preferences, and this time choose Composing in the toolbar. You can 
set the default account to send from, or leave it ad automatic. In this mode, 
the sending address is based on the receiving one. For instance, this message 
will send from my iCloud account, since it belongs to my iCloud mailbox. If it 
had come to my AppleVis email account, my reply would be sent from the Applevis 
address.
