Well, I can say yes to both of your questions. The app is currently $2.99 and it already has some work flows people have shared in the Gallery to do things like take a photo and automatically upload it to Facebook or Twitter.
I’m playing with the workflow to put text on top of a photo and send it out. Meme Maker, I believe it’s called.
