Commanders can point to wherever you want, not just to scripts in your library folder. So yes, you can dump the Talking Dashboard folder in there, as-is, or you can copy all the files and paste them into your scripts folder if you like. You could even put them in dropbox, so you always have them, or leave them in Downloads if you want. No matter where they end up, you simply browse to that location when you make the Commander assignment, choose the script file to be assigned, and that should be that.
