thanks, you made my day. :-) It worked perfectly well.
You might be able to teach me something else: When I use the formular editor to 
take its suggestions for ranges, strange things apeared. I used the arrow keys 
to walk through it. It read content of cells but also numbers like 2:2, 3:3, 
4:4 and so forth. I didn’t get what it meant. Could you help me to understand?
And: I defined the range b7 to b9 to be in the formular. What if I want to add 
later cell b10 as well? Do I have to change the complete formular or is there a 
way to define a range in a formular more openly?
