Buddy,
Don't worry about Chris, he has a snowball's chance in hell of getting a job 
with Apple. "Madon"
was his way of spelling "madam". After reading his rant three words came to 
mind, foolish. Self-centered and pompous. 

In short he should learn the meaning of the word tact, clean up his grammar and 
learn to spell "madon is not the only misspelling you find in his tirade.
