I'm not having any problems entering all the information for calendar entries either. The problem I do have is with multiple calendars when I navigate through the events, some are not announced. I think I saw a post from someone else a while back confirming this kind of behavior. Nevertheless, it makes the calendar very suspect and not nearly as useful as it needs to be. I come from Outlook for Windows and have really transitioned completely to the Mac and am finding that it is quite lacking in some ways with regard to the calendar. Although it works well on the iPhone, it would be nice if it was a little more consistent and less quirky with VO on Mac OS.
I think your problems with entering the appointments are likely resolvable if someone can figure out exactly where things are going wrong.
