Hi,

You need to empty all of your web cache and data.  Go into privacy and details. 
Then remove all.   Sounds like you have adware on your system.  Probably not 
from hand break.  You can get it just from browsing around the internet with 
java script turn on.  Seems to be unusually bad lately.  Just don’t click any 
buttons.  Clearing out the browser usually fixes it.
