Hi Chris, that's completely understandable. I wouldn't want anyone to just go 
out there in the wild and say "Ok I'm gonna do this for the listeners right 
now." Without any thoughts of a backup plan beforehand. 
I for one though would be interested in such a podcast and thought it would be 
handy to post to places such as:

Applevis
Triple Click Home
Mac For The Blind

etc

I'm not asking you to do this, but thought it would be a really grate podcast 
for those who may want to know, or  learn how to perform a clean install with 
Voiceover but may not understand how to go about it in the correct way.  

A sort of beginners guide to learning how to clean install the Mac with 
Voiceover if you know what I mean.

I hope this makes sense.
