I am having a truly annoying problem. I am trying to access services on 
the web site of the New York Unified Court System, but each and every thing it 
offers requires input of capcha characters. The “listen to characters” option 
is not working. I tried downloading the file manually, but was told I had no 
application which could open it. I searched the app store and it provided one 
option: Smart Converter, but I am suspecting either that it only converts the 
file from sound back to video, or that it is inaccessible. It tells me to 
select a conversion type, but I can find no list. It says check box about five 
times, also says “five seconds” and then says “choose conversion type” but it 
is dimmed. I really need to access this site. Help is sincerely appreciated.
