Hello,
I decided to Google Apple Watch bands to see what the cost would be to purchase the melanase band. My understanding from the site is that you can interchange the bands as long as you get a band that corresponds to the size of the watch itself. So, the 38 mm bands will fit the 38 mm watch and the 42 mm bands will fit the 42 mm. Oh by the way, the cost for the melanase 38 mm band is $149. So if you add up the sports watch (38 mm), the melanase band, and Apple Care the US $ cost is roughly $557. This figure does not include tax. I did ask about the cost of the stainless steel with the melanase band and that sits at $649 without the Apple Care or tax. I am concern about the Gorilla glass being used on the sport watch.
