Hi, I am trying to unzip books from Bookshare, but whenever I try to do so by using the archiving utility, I keep receiving an error that the archive cannot be unzipped. I know that I need to enter a password at some point, but I don't seem to be given the opportunity to do so. Is there a known solution to this problem? Thanks.
