I personally use ProTools, but that would probably be way over kill for your
need, and plus, it's about 700 bucks. However, I do have a much much
cheaper sollution which is only $60, but pretty much will give you about
anything you'd want with a recording sollution. And, there is a 60 day
trial, so it's not like you'd have to buy it right away. I'd personally
suggest therefore an app called Reaper.

help you get started from an accessibility standpoint.

I have to make some recordings, where I sometimes need to go back and change
something, it is spoken. Does there exist an app that allows me to go back
