I actually have quite a predicament. I signed up for a trial to HBO Now,
using my Apple TV. The issue is, it never when creating the account and
setting up the ITunes subscription asked me for a password. Now, I can't
log in from the I O S app, because I don't know what my password is. It's
not my ITunes password. I already tried that. I think they e-mailed me a
randomly generated password, but I never got the e-mail. When I go to
forgot password, they e-mail the reset link to me, but apparently my e-mail
provider keeps eating it. No, this provider I use isn't GMail. For
security reasons, being I normally only use this e-mail address for my apple
ID, I'd rather not reveal which provider it is, but I will say I've gone in
on the webmail side and have made sure it wasn't in spam or junk, and it's
not.
So, how do I fix this issue? I can't just create another trial
subscription, and if I cancel this subscription, then, I won't have the
ability of getting another trial down the road.
Is there any way I can contact HBO Now and have them help me out? It's
looking like I'm gonna have to somehow change the e-mail address I used when
registerring. But, I can't do that, if I don't have my password.
Chris.

Maybe from the control center it will work. I've been able to airplay
Meerkat streams this way, but it might be some copy protection junk at
play there. As for Netflix, you have to rangle with getting audio
description turned on with each episode, and sometimes it quits appearing.
I wouldn't advise trying to find it on Spanish, French, or German over
there because it just might make the screen that language, and then you
have a real mess.

The “Play” button is not accessible with VO on the iOS app for HBO Now, in
this version anyway. You have to turn off VO and tap the screen to get
things to play. thanks to the other lister who gave me that tip.
It’s much more accessible on the Apple TV.
On the phone though you can binge watch as episodes of a series will play
in order without stopping. I haven’t figured out how to do this on the TV
yet. Other than the play button issue, the iOS app is accessible as far as
I’ve used it. I haven’t gotten Air Play to work
but that’s not anything new. Jenine Stanley

Hi there! How accessible is HBO Now on iOS? I don't know if Game of
Thrones is described for HBO in the states because the only thing that
has working description is my parents' DirecTV, and they don't subscribe
to HBO. I thought about going with this trial since it would be at least
$12 cheaper than Time Warner per month when you factor in having to pay
that for a box each month.

This may be a silly question but I’m enjoying my free month of HBO Now
and would also like to take advantage of any audio description available.
I know that there’s audio description for Game Of Thrones as the audio is
posted to the Blind Mice Mart Movies site shortly after the season ends.
Is this just a feature for our British friends or can I access it here?
If so, how? I’m using an Apple TV and iPhone to access HBO Now.
