Open Terminal by going to you Applications folder, opening the Utilities folder, and finding Terminal there. Or, open up Spotlight, and start typing Terminal until it appears, then press enter.
You don't need to download the chime app, it comes with 10.10.3 and later. As I said to someone else, the punctuation, capitalization, and other syntax is vital. If you have a lowercase c, for instance, it won't work.
