Hi Donna,

When the dialog pops up, click the "Show Certificate" button. Find the  
table that shows the certificates for the account. It's just a regular  
table. To the left of that, there should be a box that says "always  
trust" and some other stuff depending on your configuration. The box  
will always "Always  trust" to start with. Hope that helps.
